Sleeping
A major benefit of spending the night at Angel Valley is the natural surrender to the energy of the place in sleep state. We allow ourselves to receive its healing influence without interference from the mind. We come more easily to a deeper state of relaxation than in our busy every-day life. We suggest for our guests to pay attention to their dreams while at Angel Valley.

Angel Valley has a variety of sleeping spaces. Some are in one of our comfortable Creekside Guesthouses. Others are in the cozy air-conditioned and/or heated log cabins. Both are overlooking Oak Creek with views of the beautiful Sedona-famous red rocks. |
