Meals are an important component in Angel Valley's way of living. Through meals we express, give and receive love. We nourish our physical body, the temple of the Soul.
Mealtimes are also opportunities to experience community.
The meals are normally served buffet style. |

The meals, prepared by our dedicated chef and her team in a professionally equipped kitchen, are enjoyed in the Heart & Soul Dining Hall, which holds 40 guests.
The airy room looks out over the trees that border Oak Creek, with a background of red rocks. If the weather permits, which is in Sedona most of the year, having a meal on the terrace adds extra flavor to the already delightful meals. |
