Angel Valley Ranch
Giving
Thanks
Today we celebrate one of America’s most beautiful traditions: Thanksgiving.
I do feel thankful for the many blessings in my life, of which I
will share some with you in this newsletter.
I thank you, my dearest Michael, for the love and support,
for the opportunities for growth, for living with me, for what we
share.
Thank you, Archangel Michael and the Archangels Gabriel,
Uriel and Raphael, for the inspiration, clarity and strength I receive.
Thank you, Angel Valley Ranchers Lindy, Margaret, Don, Hamid,
Devi, Larry, Debra, John, Rutilo, Ignacio, Gabriel, Marly, Gabriel
Seagull and those who worked here for a while, for your commitment
to expand and for helping to manifest this Valley of and for Angels.
Thank you, Jaap, Rabasi, Cynthia, for your dedication and
for using your talents for the benefit of many.
Thank you, Scot and Amy, for all the love you put into the
garden and for working on our health.
Thank you, Moses, Randall, Russ, Jeb, Felix, for being true
friends, giving so much meaningful support.
Thank you, Donna, for sending your continuous love from wherever
you are on the planet.
Thank you, Tim and everyone behind him for being part of
our bridge creation.
Thank you, Joel, for opening the connection with the Native
American Spirit of the land.
Thank you, Gerry, Elizabeth, Debbi, Dee, Vida, Savita, James,
Isa for being our first retreat facilitators bringing groups and
for being patient with us.
Thank you, Alan, Corrine, Dwight, Jim for embarking on the
‘intensive’ adventure and making such extraordinary transformation.
Thank you, Adam and Carmen and all Earth Dancers, for what
you did for the land.
Thank you, all those individuals who have come to us, for
staying with us, sharing this powerful land and opening your hearts.
Thank you, love birds, for choosing us for your wedding ceremony.
Thank you, all those who have trust in our work for deciding
to come here to do your work.
Thank you, all those yet unknown
beings who will be drawn to us and whom we welcome.
Thank you, my gracious Mom, for your courageous decision
to come and visit to share my life of today.
Thank you, my sweet talented daughter, for giving me the
gift of our wonderful mother-daughter relationship.
Thank you, my beloved son, for all that I have learnt and
still am learning from and through you.
Thank you, all my relatives, step-children and in-laws for
being in my life.
Thank you, magnificent Sedona for making such a gorgeous
home for me.
Thank you, nature elements, for the abundantly colorful show
that we were given in these past few weeks.
Thank you, all the plants, trees and animals around me that
show me how awesome God’s creation is.
Thank you, Dr. Peebles, Chief Chiricahua and all our spirit
guides, for the nudging and the insights.
Thank you, Creator God, for making life such an amazingly
interesting adventure and for giving me the power and the responsibility
to create it the way I choose it to be.
And I thank the Goddess within myself, for who I am today.
Have you, apart from a tasty Thanksgiving dinner, taken the opportunity
to describe the blessings in your life? If not, this is still Thanksgiving
weekend….
Crystal Hall
We
have given a more appropriate name to what we used to call ‘The
Barn’. Now that the building has been completed and turned into
a spectacular meeting
place, we have named it ‘Crystal Hall’,
inspired by suggestions from the first groups who worked in it.
The exterior needs further work and will tie in with new buildings
that are planned to come around it. We are looking forward to many
groups that will follow.
Other Facilities
Another improvement: we acquired a fully equipped 6-shower/2-toilet
unit that is located by the Tipi Village. So no long distance
bathrooms any more.
Moreover, a 2-shower/2-toilet unit is available near the sweat lodge
area.
Also we have put into motion the addition of a 2-shower bathroom
to Orange House. Those who have stayed in the White Buffalo tipi
will be able to feel what improvement that will create. After the
sewer problems we had around the guesthouses we decided to replace
anything old and resolve the issues once and for all.
Angel
Valley Ministries
is
getting more and more form. Our services have become weekly,
Sunday morning
9 am. Everyone who feels guided is welcome to participate. We are
planning on creating a format that the Sunday Messages will be on
our website soon.
I would like to pass on the theme and the suggestion of last Sunday:
Let us use the remaining weeks of this year to make clear what our
personal VISION is that we want to take into 2004.
December
Enjoy the coming December month with its warmth and coziness that
we create inside our homes. Take the warmth inside yourself and
let it then radiate out into the world.
Love from Angel Valley,
Amayra Hamilton
Sweat Lodge (INIPI) ~ Breath of Life
At
'Angel Valley Ranch' we created a sweat lodge. Come
gather in sacred ceremony at Full Moon (see dates below) to pray
in the inipi (sweat lodge). This inipi represents the heart of our
love, divine inspiration and intention to
be a doorway for the community to gather upon our journey in prayer
and song.
Our monthly Full Moon ceremonies will start at 5pm each Saturday
on or preceding the date of the actual Full Moon. We invite people
to join us earlier to
deepen the connection with the ceremony by gathering the rock people,
preparing the inipi, making prayer ties and connecting with each
other.
Suggested attire for the lodge for women is a dress, wrap or top
& shorts, for men shorts or torso wrapped in a towel. Everyone
should bring two towels and wear warm comfortable clothing to easily
change back into after the lodge.
The
ceremony can be finalized by a dip in the creek or a shower rinse.
After the ceremony there will be a ‘Pot Luck’. Bring your favorite
dish to share.
The community lodge is based on the 'Spirit of Energy Exchange’.
Please, assist us in making this available and donate from your
generous heart that which you are moved to share in terms of an
amount of money and/or other ways of contributing.
We hope to see you at the next Full Moon.
Debra, Water Pourer, and
Don, Fire Tender.
Lodges are held on Saturdays, starting at 5pm.
