Body-Energy Sessions

Body and Energy Work can be very different, depending on the choices that a therapist makes as his or her preferred techniques and skills.

The type of body/energy work that is available at Angel Valley and made available by Amayra, is aimed at levels beyond the physical. It reaches into your emotional body and will connect with your spiritual being. The techniques that are used are usually gentle and aimed at creating a comfortable feeling of openness and receptivity. The sessions  are intuitively guided and may bring up release from deeply hidden areas. We also believe that body treatments, which are focused on the nurturing of the body, mind and spirit, can be highly beneficial in the awakening process of our consciousness. Therefore the therapist will communicate with you about the reasons and expectations around a treatment.

During the session the therapist will psychically tune in on you. A short sharing of experiences is included in the session. In addition to the actual massage, a variety of other modalities are applied. For this reason we prefer to call them 'Energy Sessions', rather than strictly 'Massage'. Other techniques used are Reiki, balancing of the chakras. The therapist works with crystals, with color therapy and with geometric shapes. Sound therapy  with Tibetan bowls is included in a session. This creates a unusual but profound
experience, raising the frequency of your entire system.
