Art Therapy Many
people consider 'Art' to be something exclusive, only for artists,
with a level of beauty that is beyond reach of the untrained and not specifically
talented. When we use Art as a form of therapy we talk about any expression of emotion that is given form in a creative way. For that a person does not have to be talented or educated in the Arts. By tapping into a non-biased part of our creativity one can gain insights, release emotional traumas and activate one's inner healing powers. We become like a child, letting go of mental control of the process. We encounter the blocks that keep us from being whole and by going through them we free ourselves from these blocks. The results we have seen from working with clients in Art Therapy is absolutely amazing. We invite our clients to be open to give it a try.
